Nirdesh Maan
Partner and Co-founder
Nirdesh has over 15 years of experience supporting M&A transactions, working alongside US deal teams on domestic and cross-border engagements, and on strategic investments in India. His work spans financial due diligence and Office of the CFO (OCFO) support, with sector depth in Industrials, Business Services, and Retail & Consumer.
Expertise & Skills
Over his career, he has led offshore diligence teams supporting US deal practices, contributed to private equity and corporate transactions, and helped build investment portfolios in the Indian market. He combines deep technical expertise with a practical, partnership-first approach, bringing the perspective of someone who has executed deals on both sides of the world.
Prior to co-founding Zinca Advisory, Nirdesh held roles at KPMG Global Services and Mitsui India, and most recently as Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, leading its Industrials offshore practice in India.
