Over her career, Varsha has advised on numerous transactions, providing insights into earnings quality, working capital dynamics, revenue performance, and key value drivers to support investment and transaction decisions
Prior to joining Zinca Advisory, Varsha held transaction advisory roles at KPMG and Deloitte, and most recently as a Manager with Alvarez & Marsal’s global transaction advisory team, supporting US deal teams on acquisitions across the Managed Services, Software, and Technology sectors.
