Rahul brings over 8 years of transaction advisory experience, working alongside US deal teams on buy-side and sell-side engagements. His work centers on financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, with sector experience across Software & Technology, Healthcare, and Business Services.

Over his career, Rahul has supported a wide range of transactions for private equity and corporate clients, including platform acquisitions and add-on programs. His work provides insights into quality of earnings, working capital, revenue drivers, and key performance indicators that inform investment decisions.
Prior to joining Zinca Advisory, Rahul was a Manager at Ironsides Advisory, supporting US deal teams on transactions across the Software & Technology and Business Services sectors. He began his career at KPMG, where he spent over three years supporting transactions on the Healthcare sector.
