Vineet Agrawal
Partner and Co-founder
Vineet has over a decade of experience supporting cross-border M&A transactions, working alongside US deal teams on financial due diligence engagements across Healthcare and Business Services. His work spans quality of revenue, quality of earnings, percentage of completion, and transaction-readiness analyses for private equity and corporate buyers.
Expertise & Skills
Over his career, Vineet has played a key role in setting up and scaling offshore Financial Due Diligence teams in India for leading global advisory firms. He combines hands-on diligence experience with a strong operational mindset, and is passionate about building technology-enabled solutions that bring efficiency, consistency, and scale to deal execution.
Prior to co-founding Zinca Advisory, Vineet held roles at KPMG, where he spent six years supporting US Financial Due Diligence engagements; Houlihan Lokey, where he helped establish the firm’s offshore FDD practice; and most recently as Senior Vice President at OakBridge, where he set up and led the firm’s offshore FDD and OCFO practice in India.
